We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Leader to play a pivotal role in rebuilding our Talent Acquisition (TA) infrastructure.   • Design and refine recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance while creating seamless experiences for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition software and systems and own the exploration of efficiency opportunities within TA workflows.
  • Own the architecture of our TA data framework and ensure effective operationalization within our tools and workflows.
  • Drive consistent adoption of TA practices and processes across the organization, including training and enablement initiatives.
  • Maintain adherence to legal and organizational standards across all recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment partners and technology providers to support hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition for function budget management.
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or related fields, preferably within tech or high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to architect robust TA data frameworks and derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and managing complex recruitment workflows, ATS, data analytics, and operational excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building partnerships and collaborating across teams.
  • End-to-End Operator with strong systems thinking.
  • Effective Manager who knows when to delegate and when to lead.
  • Business Acumen to design processes that strengthen TA's impact on business goals.
  • Change Driver who thinks end-to-end about solutions and their execution.
