The Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO) team is dedicated to driving operational excellence in recruitment by optimizing processes, policies, and tools through innovation. We design scalable operation programs and enhance hiring effectiveness with data-driven insights, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a seamless candidate experience. By continuously improving our practices, we empower the organization to attract and secure top talent in a competitive landscape. We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to oversee and optimize recruitment operations across the AMS region. In this role, you will lead a team to deliver end-to-end recruitment operation support, drive TA communications, and manage strategic projects to enhance hiring efficiency, compliance, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own and streamline regional recruitment operations and implement improvements, including the background check process, job posting approval, and oncall platform implementation.
  • Organize and lead regional Talent Acquisition Leadership committees and TA community initiatives.
  • Plan and execute TA-focused events such as recruiter topic-based trainings and leadership roundtables.
  • Partner with HR and COE leaders to support company-wide strategic programs, including recruitment compliance and governance, global TA system/tool implementations, and projects to improve organizational globalization and scalability.
