Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager Job Description The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager reports to the Director of HR and provides high-level expertise in recruiting and onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent to support growth objectives. This role drives proactive, scalable, and data-driven recruitment strategies aligned with business needs, directly contributing to increasing client sessions and organizational revenue. This position oversees all talent acquisition and onboarding efforts, including managing our TA Specialist, forecasting hiring trends, analyzing metrics, and implementing process improvements to support current and future workforce needs. This is a fully remote position.
