About The Position
SmartStop Self Storage is a diversified real estate company in the self-storage industry, operating in 24 states in the U.S. and three provinces in Canada. This position is 100% on site in our beautiful Ladera Ranch Office. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for the company including, but not limited to, further development of effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent, implementing best practices, and implementing new tools to assist our field staffing needs.
