Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement full-cycle talent acquisition strategies to ensure a workforce of highly qualified employees as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Foster a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals by managing the performance of internal and contract recruiters to create a steady pipeline of potential talent and ensure appropriate workload utilization. Empower your team to build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and meet the business requirements, while also forming new partnerships to promote a diverse and inclusive pipeline of talent across all levels. Accurately assess the effectiveness of TA strategies by measuring processes against team goals with a focus on continuous improvement. Support the workforce planning and recruiting projection process with Human Resources and other key stakeholders, providing guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation. Other duties as assigned.
