About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key member of the HR leadership team, responsible for ensuring that recruitment and job design strategies are innovative, effective, and aligned with organizational goals. This role emphasizes creating a positive candidate and employee experience through a person-centered approach. The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, job design, workforce planning, and related talent strategies, ensuring hiring practices are competitive, compliant, and responsive to organizational needs. The position works closely with HR leadership and department managers to attract, select, and retain top talent, while continuously improving recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring positions are structured to support both operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources related field.
  • Two years of professional level recruiting or related Human Resources experience.
  • RACR, SHRM-CP, PHR certification or related certification.
  • 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, critical thinking, and high reading comprehension.
