About The Position

Our Client in Burlington County, New Jersey is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, Direct Hire position.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition at a management or director level
• Strong expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology
• Demonstrated success recruiting both leadership roles and hard-to-find technical talent

Responsibilities

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and recruiting efficiency
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external recruiting platforms and vendors
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality hiring solutions
• Misc. duties as assigned
