About The Position

Reporting to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager for Creative roles will be a subject matter expert for the tms creative business areas. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all levels, partnering closely with creative business leaders to provide strategic TA guidance, counsel, and execution aligned with broader Talent Acquisition (TA) and People objectives. Roles that you will be recruiting for include Creative Production Artist, Senior Copywriter, Associate Creative Director (Copy & Art), Digital Content Supervisor, Print Specialist, Creative Director, Senior Art Director, Motion Designer, Account Director, Graphic Designer, and Associate Toy Designer. Beyond creative hiring, the Talent Acquisition Manager will also support hiring across other tms business functions, contributing to the success of the wider TA team. They will serve as a visible and influential presence in the external talent market, proactively building strategic partnerships, expanding networks, and cultivating key connections to enhance tms's employer brand and attract top, diverse talent. This hybrid role requires onsite attendance two days a week at our Chicago location. It is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.
