About The Position
At Genius Sports, our Talent Acquisition Managers are strategic, solutions-focused partners who drive the growth of our teams by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders—up to and including the C-Suite—leveraging deep market insight and expert hiring strategies to influence hiring outcomes and build high-performing teams. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of hiring across our Commercial division, primarily in the US, while also managing a TA Partner based in London and supporting recruitment efforts across EMEA and APAC. You will lead with insight, agility, and empathy—balancing time-sensitive hiring needs with a commitment to quality, equity, and long-term impact.
