About The Position
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Slalom, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by attracting and hiring top talent across various capabilities. We are looking for a seasoned recruiter with recent experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Salesforce leaders and stakeholders across the Americas to support the expansion of our team in Colombia. Your expertise in general technology recruitment will also be essential as you contribute to the development of other teams in the country, including those focused on Data, Cloud, Product Engineering, and Design. Additionally, you will lead strategic recruitment initiatives, enhance our brand presence in the country, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Your expertise will be vital in shaping our talent strategy and aligning it with Slalom's dynamic culture and business objectives.
