About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for the entire recruiting process within Oasis Petroleum. This role involves managing the employee life cycle from job postings to candidate interviews, ensuring the attraction and retention of a superior workforce. The position requires collaboration with various departments to fill roles across the organization and to promote the company's culture and values. The Talent Acquisition Lead will also develop strategic staffing plans and metrics to validate the success of recruitment programs.
