About The Position

Gymreapers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join the team and oversee full funnel recruiting efforts for the organization. The talent acquisition specialist will be responsible for executing the day-to-day recruiting operations. The talent acquisition specialist will be expected to execute the plans, workflows, and priorities established by the CEO and ensure consistent, accurate, and timely HR delivery. Requirements

3-7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong sourcing abilities (Linkedin, etc)
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
High level of discretion, integrity, and accountability in fast paced environments

Responsibilities

Drive End to End Recruiting
Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open roles, from intake meetings to offer delivery.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a high-quality, fast-moving process.
Maintain job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruiting documentation.
Partner with hiring managers to define role scorecards, schedule interviews, and maintain hiring workflows.
Run structured interview processes
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
Move candidates through pipeline quickly and efficiently
Conduct initial phone screens
Administer assessments, scorecard, and work samples
Assess culture fit aligned with Gymreapers values
Manager ATS (JazzHR)
Keep candidate records clean and up to date
Create weekly recruiting dashboards and reporting for Controller and CEO
Optimize hiring processes (speed, quality, efficiency)
Reduce time-to-fill across key roles
Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure
Support leadership in hiring high-impact roles with flexibility to support standard recruiting
Proactively source candidates (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals, networks)
Build pipelines for critical roles (manager → director level)
Maintain a steady flow of high-quality candidates
Maintain absolute discretion and professionalism
Focus on culture, expertise, and grit.
Build employer branding content
Manage employee referral program
Represent Gymreapers with energy, passion, and authenticity
