A dedicated team is always available to recover your data and minimize disruption in the event of a disaster. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to support out next phase of growth. This role is designed to lead our full lifecycle recruiting efforts in a dynamic technical environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing recruiting strategies, sourcing top talent, managing processes, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively

Requirements

8–10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in corporate environments
Experience supporting high-growth or scaling organizations
Exposure to international recruiting (EMEA/APAC preferred)
Experience working with and optimizing ATS and recruiting systems
Strong ability to influence hiring managers and drive process adherence
Proven ability to balance hands-on recruitment with process improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, sales, and corporate roles
Lead intake meetings to define clear role requirements and expectations
Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement
Maintain a high bar for candidate quality and experience
Collaborate with leadership to define and implement innovative recruiting strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Analyze market trends and competition to position the company as an employer of choice within the technical industry.
Evaluate and improve use of ATS and recruiting tools
Help build reporting and visibility into recruiting metrics
Ensure processes are consistent, compliant, and scalable
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on process, market insights, and candidate evaluation
Ensure a consistent and professional interview experience across all teams
Help hiring managers make informed, timely decisions
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment in sourcing and selection.
Maintain strong relationships with external staffing agencies and other recruiting partners.
Maintain excellent rapport with the candidates, and provide direct feedback along the way
Oversee and provide support and direction to the hiring efforts in UK office
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
