We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead who approaches recruiting like a systems and growth problem — not a process problem. This role is for someone who: Builds sourcing systems instead of running manual searches Uses AI and automation to create leverage Thinks in funnels, experiments, and iteration Reduces founder involvement by delivering consistently high-quality candidates You’ll own talent acquisition end-to-end for a growing B2B SaaS company and work closely with founders to turn hiring into a scalable, repeatable system. This is not a traditional recruiter role. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys personally building recruiting workflows and sourcing systems — not managing a recruiting team.
