About The Position

Pelico is looking for a visionary Talent Acquisition Lead to design, scale, and lead a world-class recruiting function. This leader will focus on building a high-performing, AI-first global TA organization that can scale across markets. The role combines strategic workforce planning, innovative employer branding, and data-driven recruiting processes to position Pelico as a destination employer in supply chain and AI software.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise SaaS / global scale-up recruiting, ideally in AI, industrial tech, or supply chain.
  • Expertise with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics.
  • Experience running employer branding campaigns in the US market.
  • Familiarity with US labor law and international compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder influence with executive presence.
  • Strategic thinker with balance of execution and long-term workforce planning.
  • Inspirational leader and change agent for AI adoption.
  • Excellent communication and ambassadorial skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Scalable, Predictable Hiring Outcomes: Consistently achieve quarterly hiring targets across all Pelico's team. Anticipate workforce needs with regional leadership and convert them into proactive hiring roadmaps. Build diverse pipelines through partnerships with universities and talent networks.
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing, AI-First TA Team: Recruit, coach, and develop a global team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators. Embed AI-native workflows (sourcing agents, automated scheduling, intelligent matching). Drive 2–3× recruiter productivity by leveraging AI tools. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
  • Elevate Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Design and execute a US-focused employer branding strategy, then scale globally. Position Pelico as a top employer in supply chain & AI software. Ensure premium candidate experience. Represent Pelico at industry events and build a strong digital presence.
  • Implement Data- and AI-Driven Recruiting Processes: Build a next-gen recruiting stack: ATS + AI sourcing + interview intelligence + predictive analytics. Standardize metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, quality of hire, offer acceptance). Deploy AI-powered dashboards for executive visibility. Deliver quarterly workforce insights and recommendations to leadership.
