Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across the Americas, including but not limited to intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handoff. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver compliant hiring processes, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy, market insights, and risk aligned with local employment legislation. Prepare and extend offers, ensuring all approvals, due diligence, and jurisdictional requirements are met. Design and implement scalable recruitment processes including optimization, and adoption of Talent Acquisition systems. Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Maintain audit-ready recruitment documentation, approvals, and records. Develop and maintain recruitment of enablement materials, including training guides, tip sheets, playbooks, and SOPs. Support onboarding and upskilling recruiters and hiring managers on systems, tools, and compliant hiring practices. Contribute to ad hoc projects and evolving priorities in support of cross-functional and organizational initiatives.
