You’ll receive on-the-job training, plus targeted development opportunities to help you engage with your strengths and crystalize your career interests. Here’s a peek at the experiences that await you: Lead components of the buildout for the Candidate Experience Resource Page on The CTA internal SharePoint Site, InsideCTA, ensuring content is clear, intuitive, and accessible‑out for the Candidate Experience Resource Page on Assist with structuring and designing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Governance framework, including organization, formatting, and indexing of SOP content Create and organize the communication repository that will be housed on InsideCTA in support of streamlined candidate experience communications Partner directly with Candidate Experience Manager to understand how initiatives are launched, measured, improved, and operationalized Who You Are You’re ready to learn and ready to grow.
