About The Position

About our Green Bay, WI Home Office: You’ll find lots to love in our beautiful home office in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. This Internship is a year-round internship working part-time hours during the school year (15-20 hours/week) and up to full-time hours during the summer. offering a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days/week onsite at Home Office and 2 days/week from home. This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of pay: $18.75

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Human Resources emphasis preferred.
  • Must have at least 2 semesters remaining in school upon start date (May 2027 grads or later). If enrolled in an Associate's degree program must have a plan to pursue a bachelor's degree immediately after associates is completed.
  • Ability to work year round, part-time during the school year (15-20 hours/week) and fulltime (up to 40 hours/week) during summer/winter breaks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must have self-starter attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical and excel skills.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of processes.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule onsite, video and phone interviews.
  • Post open positions on job boards.
  • Proactively source high-potential candidates to grow candidate pools.
  • Develop partnerships with universities and organizations to build our pipeline of talent.
  • Maintain our recruiting email inbox.
  • Write new partner announcements.
  • Assist and participate in planning our intern program events.
  • Write and send campaigns to spread awareness of job openings and career fairs.
  • Support team with administrative tasks.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with projects and process improvements.
