About the role: Bynder is looking for a Sourcing intern to join our Talent Acquisition team who will focus on sourcing diverse talent. We are searching for someone who is ready to learn about challenges we face in hiring the top talent within our industry. You will be working with the Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for both technical and sales roles as well as supporting and executing new initiatives to source and attract diverse talent.

Requirements

  • You need to be available for a 6 months long full-time internship
  • You need to be enrolled in a school/university throughout the whole duration of the internship
  • You need to be fluent in English
  • You are based in the Netherlands
  • You possess top-notch communication skills in speaking and in writing
  • You are ambitious to learn about modern recruitment processes
  • You are tenacious, structured and organized
  • You take ownership of your own projects
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with metrics, numbers and trends

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to thoroughly understand recruiting needs within the EMEA region for G&A, Sales & Marketing, and technical positions.
  • Focused primarily on passive candidates generation and building talent pools for future opportunities.
  • Learn how to use Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, Github, Boolean strings, etc. to identify potential candidates.
  • Build under-represented talent pipelines through online sourcing and events.
  • Learn how to use Applicant Tracking System and how to extract the most value from it as a source of talent.
