Requirements

  • Undergraduate, upperclassmen student completing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to global, high-impact projects that align with Talent Acquisition's yearly goals and priorities.
  • Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate key initiatives, updates, and resources across the TA organization.
  • Support change management efforts and project coordination.
  • Analyze data, generate insights, and build compelling narratives that inform decision-making.
  • Support project coordination by preparing communications, organizing meetings, capturing notes, and supervising key deliverables.
