About The Position
Langan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern or Co-op to join its collaborative Human Resources team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key function in supporting Talent Acquisition reporting, compliance and program efforts as well as coordinating and assisting human resource partners in the recruiting process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface with human resources partners firm-wide to provide coordinative support that drives fulfillment of business objectives. The position is designed for students actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields such as Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Industrial-Organizational Psychology. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the recruitment process and will help foster career growth within the field of human resources. The intern will be responsible for coordinating job postings on both internal and external websites, ensuring compliance with various job posting regulations, and managing candidate inquiries through the careers email inbox. Additionally, the intern will support manual reporting processes, assist recruiters with resume reviews, schedule phone interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare offer letters. The role may also involve providing backup support to Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators as needed, along with performing other duties as requested.
