The Talent Acquisition & Field Recruitment Coordinator is a critical member of bpx's high performing Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing pre-employment and onboarding activities, and supporting recruiting operations across corporate and field functions. The Coordinator will work cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, executive assistants, and external vendors to ensure seamless and high quality hiring experience.   • Manage all aspects of interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Coordinate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to align calendars, arrange travel, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and candidate status updates within our recruiting systems (Workday) and follow up promptly at each stage.
  • Coordinate key pre-employment activities including background checks, clear-to-hire status, compliance steps, and Day 1 readiness.
  • Partner with the onboarding specialist to ensure all logistics, systems, and communications are aligned.
  • Participate in onsite onboarding activities as needed to support new hire integration and engagement.
  • Support recruiting efforts for field based roles, including job postings, candidate communication, and hiring manager coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining candidate pipelines and progress tracking across field hiring needs.
  • Develop into reviewing applications and conducting candidate prescreens as role knowledge grows.
  • Assist with People & Culture operational projects and talent acquisition initiatives, including systems updates, data tracking, process audits, and documentation.
  • Contribute to cross-functional People & Culture initiatives and team projects as assigned.
  • Bring an agile, problem-solving mindset to evolving business needs and opportunities to optimize recruiting operations.
  • Professional experience in recruiting coordination, People & Culture support, or other fast-paced administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple moving priorities and projects with accuracy.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to streamline processes, take initiative, and solve problems before they arise.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, and ability and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Prior experience with an ATS (Workday, Greenhouse) is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Oil & Gas industry experience is not required; curiosity and willingness to learn are more important.
