About The Position

As part of Gopuff’s Field Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and sourcing candidate applications across a multitude of departments and divisions within the organization. In specific, the Field Recruiter will lead the sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of field hourly & leadership employees across various markets across our North America Market.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably from an agency and high volume field operations environment.
  • Ability to source non-exempt (hourly) entry level positions, building a pipeline and oversee full recruitment life cycle - warehouse and retail specific.
  • Ability to source field leadership positions in both warehouse and retail environments, building a pipeline and oversee full recruitment life cycle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven culture, in which requirements and priorities can shift frequently.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and competitive with a positive attitude.
  • Proven success in an accountability-based culture.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and organization skills.
  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications and applicant tracking systems.
  • Moderate Indeed, LinkedIn, Lever (ATS), Workday (HRIS) and data entry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage candidate sourcing and evaluation of applicants based on candidate experience, skills, goals, and competencies to determine best fit for role and organization.
  • Ability to source and screen 100+ hourly candidates per week and achieve hiring metrics.
  • Ability to source and screen 25+ leadership candidates per week and achieve hiring metrics.
  • Partner with TA Manager and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs based on anticipated volume.
  • Develop and grow relationships with operations leaders in the field.
  • As required, plan and participate in successful recruitment events supporting targeted needs of the organization.
  • Track candidate & openings via Airtable.
  • Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
