About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while building strong candidate pipelines and supporting business growth through effective hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer rollout
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Schedule and manage interviews and candidate communication
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment data and prepare hiring reports
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
