About The Position
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while building strong candidate pipelines and supporting business growth through effective hiring strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer rollout
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Schedule and manage interviews and candidate communication
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment data and prepare hiring reports
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
