A Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral partner in supporting recruiting activities such as souring for candidate, completing candidate interviews, and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Damar Services. They work closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to provide recruiting support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-year experience customer service-related role preferred.
  • Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive identification of talent using multiple techniques, including: job boards, Boolean keyword searches, college and university partnership, internal ATS, social media, networking, employee referrals, career fairs and other effective resources.
  • Identifies and develops appropriate channels to recruit candidates for internships and agency openings to include active and passive sourcing, building relationships within the community (i.e., colleges, employment agencies, and recruiters), and participating in job fairs.
  • Develops, implements and executes hiring strategy to achieve strategic recruitment targets.
  • Maintains accurate information in the Applicant Tracking system to include moving candidates through the recruitment workflow, responding to candidate inquiries, and completing all required requisition fields to allow for accurate and timely reporting of processes.
  • Consults with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop position specific recruitment plans and identify candidate pools.
