The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Home Office Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers with the talent acquisition process. They assist with posting requisitions, screening candidates and setting up interviews. They also oversee incoming inquiries from candidates and answer and/or redirects to appropriate resources.

  • Manage inquiries from candidates in the email and voicemail accounts and ensures timely and accurate responses
  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers with position postings, interview scheduling, and offer letter creation, as directed.
  • Assist with specific programs (Military, Diversity, Internship) as directed by the Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Use and monitor the applicant tracking software (Workday) to ensure all required steps in the Hiring Process following legal, compliance, and diversity initiatives.
  • Support in updating talent acquisition social media sites, feeds, posts, and campaigns as needed.
  • Manage content updates on Google Drive and assists the team in the organization of department files and resources.
  • Coordinate and manage other special projects as needed.
  • High School or Equivalent is required.
  • Previous exposure to Human Resources/Recruiting in an internship or professional work experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity in one or more Applicant Tracking systems preferred (current technology is Workday)
  • Highly proficient in technology / comfortable assessing and adopting new systems
  • Experience with HRIS System
  • Experience in desktop applications (Google tools, MS Office or equivalent), including spreadsheets, presentations, word processing tools, mail and calendars required.
