  • Ability to conduct thorough background checks
  • Knowledge of various benefit functions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently scheduling interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Acting as a liaison for candidates throughout the hiring process, answering queries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Updating the applicant tracking system with candidate information, status changes, and notes regularly to maintain accurate records.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of interview agendas and materials for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Aiding in onboarding new hires in collaboration with the HR team, including coordination of pre-employment screenings and documentation.
  • Assisting recruiters with sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Posting job openings on company websites, job boards, and social media channels to attract potential candidates.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws in all recruitment activities.
  • Keeping accurate and confidential records of recruitment activities and candidate documentation.
