The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as the primary support to the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) as a direct report and will work closely with the Human Resources team to drive strategic talent solutions and initiatives across all corporate departments, which includes our annual internship program. This role will source, recruit, and onboard top talent to meet business goals and enrich company culture. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage recruitment operations and maintain Lever, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), records and candidate data integrity. Additional responsibilities include communication of candidate status updates, creation of recruitment analytics, and general recruitment administrative tasks. By delivery of talent solutions to hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator directly supports Empire State Realty Trust’s continued business growth and hiring quality.
