About The Position

As a core member of the TA team, you’ll provide broad support across full-cycle recruiting while helping optimize the systems, processes, and tools that power our hiring strategy. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, maintain data integrity, and help ensure our recruiting infrastructure scales effectively as we grow.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with systems, data, and process documentation
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Collaborative team player with solid project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Exposure to applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus)
  • Understanding of life sciences or commercial staffing is helpful
  • BS/BA with 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience OR Master’s degree with prior HR or Talent Acquisition background

Responsibilities

  • Optimize & Improve Processes Support the design, documentation, and implementation of TA workflows
  • Contribute to and implement standard operating procedures for scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-up
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and help implement new tools and technologies
  • Participate in evaluating and rolling out third-party solutions Systems, Data & Reporting
  • Maintain the integrity and organization of TA data and documentation
  • Support development of TA metrics and reporting in partnership with TA leadership and HRIS
  • Serve as a resource for Workday Recruit functionality and TA processes
  • Assist in delivering training on systems and established workflows Coordination & Operations
  • Provide backup support for phone screens, interviews, webinars, candidate travel, and expense reporting
  • Assist in administering agency and third-party vendor contracts
  • Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint Collaboration & Brand
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and HR Centers of Excellence on employer branding initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals
  • Provide guidance and support to other TA coordinators
