Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide critical operational and administrative support to both Campus Recruiting and Experienced Recruiting, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and excited to learn the full recruiting lifecycle in a fast paced consulting environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service oriented approach.
  • Comfort working with calendars, virtual meeting tools, and tracking systems; prior experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews for campus and experienced candidates, including scheduling, calendar invites, room/virtual setup, and logistics across multiple time zones.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for candidates regarding interview details, travel (if applicable), and general process questions.
  • Assist recruiting managers in maintaining and updating interview materials (guides, scorecards, agendas) and ensure interviewers have what they need in advance.
  • Support virtual and in person campus events (info sessions, coffee chats, career fairs, interview days) by handling registration, event logistics, materials preparation, and post event follow up.
  • Assist with coordination across approximately 20 U.S. and 5 U.K. schools, including managing event calendars, tracking attendance, and processing candidate lists from career services.
  • Help prepare and send campus communications such as event reminders, application follow ups, and basic outreach campaigns.
  • Assist with offer documentation preparation and coordination of background checks and other pre hire steps.
  • Assist the Associate Manager, TA Programs on logistics pertaining to any recruiting programs (e.g., global summer internship, Connect to ClearView)
  • Schedule interviews for experienced hires, including multi round, panel, and case interviews, partnering closely with the Sr. Manager and hiring managers.
  • Draft and send candidate communications (confirmation emails, next step updates) in alignment with recruiter guidance.
  • Assist with offer documentation preparation and coordination of background checks and other pre hire steps.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records in the applicant tracking system for both campus and experienced pipelines.
  • Run standard reports (e.g., pipeline status, time to fill, event attendance) and support basic data cleanup and audit activities.
  • Help track and organize candidate feedback, interview outcomes, and status updates to keep hiring teams aligned.
  • Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for candidates, reinforcing the firm’s brand and commitment to a high quality experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Campus Recruiting Team, Sr Manager Experienced Recruiting, and TA Programs and Recruiting Ops Associate Manager to anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or process issues.
  • Support general TA team projects such as process documentation, template updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
