The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports hiring operations across Country Meadows’ 10 senior living communities in Pennsylvania, one community in Maryland, and Lifesong Hospice. This Home Office role contributes through executive recruitment support, HR and talent acquisition project execution, hiring analytics and recruitment trend insights, and Employment Specialist team guidance and development, helping strengthen hiring practices and the overall candidate experience across the organization. Country Meadows has over 2500 co-workers and has been serving seniors for over 35 years.
