Provides overall support in all functional areas of the Talent Acquisition department from scheduling interviews to onboarding candidates through post-employment offer activities. Includes but is not limited to assisting all personnel involved in AEP's Talent Acquisition process with organizational and administrative tasks. Able to carry out work in an accurate and timely manner. Works under limited supervision. Primary job functions require some independent judgment.
