About The Position
Turner Construction is seeking a dedicated individual to support the regional Talent Acquisition function and team within the business unit. This role involves the administration of experienced hire acquisition processes and talent mobility efforts. The successful candidate will embrace the company culture and values, contributing new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance the overall services of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Additionally, the role supports diversity and inclusion (D&I) activities in the regions.
