In this position, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team including job description editing and meeting organization. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews and arranging travel for candidates, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants. Additionally, you will communicate with the interview panel members and provide required materials, including resumes, job descriptions, and interview guides. You will facilitate or coordinate with onsite resources to ensure an efficient process, collect salary supporting documents from selected candidates, and maintain effective communication with diverse internal and external customers. Ensuring data accuracy throughout the recruitment process and providing occasional data reports (e.g., employee referrals, internal candidate movement, diversity reports) will also be part of your responsibilities. You will support various Talent Acquisition projects as assigned, such as campus hiring.
