About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in recruiting and hiring outstanding, equity-driven educators across DSST Public Schools' 16 schools. This role is perfect for an early-career professional who is energized by event planning, marketing strategy, and connecting with prospective educators about DSST’s mission. The individual will join a dynamic, collaborative team with strong systems already in place to support their success. With a robust onboarding plan and clear structures, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be set up to confidently contribute from day one—engaging in candidate outreach, supporting hiring events, and guiding prospective teachers through the application process.
