Responsibilities

• Manage posting of job openings
• Place job advertisements via internal and external platforms
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to assess recruitment effectiveness
• Work closely with staffing agencies to enhance the recruiting process
• Support company compliance initiatives
• Complete DOT and other employment verification requests
• Gather and compile reports from HRIS and Applicant Tracking System
• Administer and support the new hire onboarding process
• Enter accurate information into HRIS
• Process and maintain employee position-specific paperwork
• Answer phone calls and emails from managers, employees, and applicants
• Explore new recruitment channels and provide recommendations to managers
• Perform other tasks as assigned or needed
