We are looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be part of The New York Times Talent Acquisition team and play a critical part in facilitating the movement of candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process. You will proactively work with a team of recruiters to provide our candidates and hiring teams with smooth interviewing experiences and serve as a main contact throughout the entire interview process. You will also be responsible for operational tasks such as job postings, background checks, and processing hires. This is a temporary (9 months) hybrid position based in New York City and includes regular attendance in the office each week per your departmental guidance. You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition.
