About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a critical member of the AEG Talent Acquisition Team. This position will support and assist the AEG Corporate Talent Acquisition team with full cycle recruitment, and onboarding. The TA Coordinator will work in partnership with both Talent Acquisition Managers, University Relations Manager, & HR Partners to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team including but not limited to: expenses, scheduling interviews, maintaining team calendar and email in-box, answering candidate questions, supporting the field HR, billing/invoicing, creating and tracking Agency agreements, etc.
  • Support the University Relations Manager with the AEG Internship program including but not limited to: recruitment, planning semester intern events, maintaining internship new hire files, attending college career fairs and panels and acting as the point of contact and support for field HR.
  • Responsible for creating requisitions in our ATS, creating offer letters, new hire background check process, and reference checks.
  • Work with Corporate HR on new hire documents and onboarding process.
  • Focus on creating a positive candidate experience by ensuring that the application to onboarding process is well communicated and consistent for each applicant/candidate.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as administrator for Greenhouse (ATS): assisting candidates, training HR Business Partners, generating reports.
  • Work directly with the VP of Talent Acquisition to maintain recruitment partnerships and launch and sustain new initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS; preferably Greenhouse)
  • Experience with range of pre-employment verification.
  • Works with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines. Works well with ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills preferred.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn required business systems.
