The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports full cycle recruiting for all permanent positions across the Americas. In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in interview scheduling, data accuracy, and other recruiting steps and efforts to help maintain efficient Talent workflows and processes. You must be a highly organized and process focused HR professional with a continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels. You will also support the Talent Acquisition function with administrative requirements, including invoice processing, vendor engagement and audit preparation. This will be a hybrid role (3 days per week on site) located out of our Milford, MA headquarters.
