As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and HR to coordinate hiring activities, manage candidate communication, and ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute to attracting and retaining exceptional talent.

  • Manage the end-to-end administrative processes for hiring, including scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate candidate records, and preparing offer letters.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and internal systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of background checks and reference verifications.
  • Perform clerical duties such as status changes, candidate processing, answering emails, drafting offer letters, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle all records, paperwork, and documentation related to hiring and compliance requirements.
  • Proactively resolve issues, such as last-minute interview cancelations or scheduling conflicts, to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Greet and assist candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Resolve onboarding issues, reschedule health screens, update start date changes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for candidates during the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to identify opportunities for improving the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Investigate areas of opportunity, providing resolution and/or escalation as appropriate to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Support new hire onboarding activities, such as preparing documents and scheduling orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational requirements related to hiring and onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1-3+ year of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a related administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms for candidate outreach.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Proven track record of implementing or improving onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with performance improvement and project management tools.
