About The Position

Are you an innovative self-starter with a passion for music? The Azoff Company is a new-model music, media, and entertainment company dedicated to investing in positively disruptive businesses that put artists and fans first. Based in Los Angeles, our portfolio includes Global Music Rights, Iconic Artists Group, Full Stop Management, and Giant Music. We are seeking an experienced, manager-level Talent Acquisition Consultant to temporarily lead our recruiting function while our current recruiter is on maternity leave. Start date is in mid-March for an approximate four-month engagement. This role will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across our organization, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and supporting continued growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently, and brings a strategic mindset along with hands-on recruiting expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Manager-level experience or demonstrated ability to operate independently and strategically.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Jobvite and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
  • Experience recruiting sales roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Paylocity is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for roles up to the director level across all companies and departments.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to align hiring needs with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including proactive and direct candidate outreach.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, from requisition creation through offer acceptance.
  • Leverage social media and other platforms to market opportunities and engage candidates.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipelines, and priorities.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Support new hire orientation and onboarding in partnership with People & Culture.
