This individual contributor will support end-to-end talent acquisition for the national business functions team, including support for KPIT and Data Analytics. They are primarily responsible for candidate sourcing for open positions, conducting candidate screening and selection activities, and conducting reporting of Company recruiting and hiring information. This position collaborates with hiring managers on recruiting activities, guides candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, and implements talent acquisition strategies.
