The Talent Acquisition (TA) Brand Manager builds and executes strategies that elevate the organization’s employer brand and strengthen talent pipelines across both schools. This role owns the full TA digital ecosystem, including the ATS, career pages, and all TA-branded and 'life' social channels, and leads the creation of targeted recruitment marketing, digital advertising, and talent community initiatives that increase visibility, engagement, and applicant quality.
