It's with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Associate to our People Team. To foster continued growth, the Talent Acquisition Associate will focus on growing and expanding our candidate flow, as well as maintain the entire candidate experience for entry-level roles, with a high emphasis on our revenue roles. To be successful, you will have an understanding of the hiring needs of the business, be a subject matter expert on recruiting trends, maintain a robust and diverse candidate pipeline, and a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

Requirements

  • 0-1+ years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience with using an ATS or CRM
  • Proficient written and communication skills
  • Must be organized and motivated with a keen eye for detail
  • Results-oriented mind-set with the ability to multi-task
  • High level of initiative, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
  • Must be innately curious, with a keen business acumen
  • Must be a strategic thinker, who continuously looks for ways to raise the bar
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace, high volume environment
  • You're an impactful team player, passionate, innovative, creative, and full of integrity

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates from LinkedIn, applicant tracking system, and various job boards
  • Review resumes of applicants to Hireology job postings
  • Develop and execute search strategies around specific jobs or in-demand skill sets
  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates to assess qualifications and pitch Hireology
  • Schedule candidates for interviews with the Hireology team
  • Crafting and sending compelling recruiting emails and messages via LinkedIn Recruiter that showcase our Employee Value Proposition
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions from sourcing to onboarding
  • Partner and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand current and future business needs and role-specific requirements
  • Generate innovative ideas, leverage resources, and share information to develop effective sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pools
  • Network with external sources to continually enhance relationships, as well as, maintain the company's presence in the market
  • Manage pipelines of past applicants for future placements
  • Conduct introductory calls to assess candidates for needed skill set and competencies and potential fit for current and/or future positions
