Role will be onsite 4 days per week with 1 day remote Overview: Manage candidate development primarily at the non-exempt level, but may be required to “plug in” and support higher level positions. Develop relationships with job seekers in person and via telephone to generate qualified candidates for multiple search assignments. Manage the candidate lifecycle including identifying, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidates to rapidly produce a best-in-class slate of talent to meet / exceed M&T’s internal client expectations.
