A&M is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our high performing corporate talent acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Associate will support recruitment for billable roles and provide talent sourcing and operational recruiting support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with leadership, hiring managers and operations, fully understand and be able to represent the business
  • Conduct kickoff calls and set the search strategy in partnership with your hiring leads
  • Source, interview, and present candidates for teams and service lines. Learn the specialty areas that require ongoing support and pipeline candidates for future needs.
  • Assist with job descriptions and market research that will help hiring managers understand the recruiting market in their functional areas
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies. Frequent use of LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing in Workday, Jobvite (ATS), and different resume databases
  • Prepare offers and work with the contracts, HR operations, and onboarding team to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Maintain requisitions, update ATS data and candidate records, and provide reporting and metrics as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting with an emphasis on technical roles in a fast-paced corporate or search firm environment
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Advanced candidate sourcing and research capabilities, experience with Boolean search strings
  • Strong business acumen and polished communication skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and escalate issues as needed
  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience is required; Workday and Jobvite experience is a plus
