Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 1-2 years of recruiting, HR, or relevant work experience preferred.
  • High customer service and relationship orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Organizational skills to assist with all behind-the-scenes tasks.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and creative thinking.
  • Self-motivated and trustworthy.
  • Advanced computer proficiency in Windows applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to work overtime during peak recruiting periods.

Responsibilities

  • Work jointly with the North American (NAMR) and Associate recruiting teams to execute the annual consulting recruiting pipeline.
  • Support the complete life cycle of the Great Lakes office's consulting staff recruiting efforts.
  • Plan and execute recruiting events.
  • Develop candidate pipeline and manage candidate communication and relationship building.
  • Build interview schedules and participate in the interview process.
  • Manage logistics of the recruiting process from marketing and event planning through screening and interviewing.
  • Provide support for the Great Lakes office recruiting activities, including summer internship programs and various recruiting events.
  • Manage the Great Lakes recruiting cadre training, commitment, and performance tracking processes.
  • Partner with NAMR and Great Lakes leadership to ensure smooth execution of recruiting strategy.
  • Coordinate programs and events across multiple dimensions.
  • Assist with special projects and analyses as needed.
