Responsibilities

  • Administer the Applicant Tracking System
  • Create, review, and update job postings
  • Update Applicant Tracking sheets
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews
  • Conduct phone interviews
  • Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for interviews
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Source candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Organize and attend job career fairs and recruitment events
  • Assist in onboarding new hires
  • Assist in internship program coordination
  • Review current recruiting platforms and suggest improvements to increase the talent pool
  • Support the office in other general tasks as needed or assigned
