About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is responsible for leading the recruitment function for the resort's job openings. This role involves developing and managing a talent acquisition strategy, overseeing the full cycle of recruitment for various positions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the People & Culture team and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment plans.
