Primary Purpose: This position’s primary responsibility is strategically supporting the internal candidate experience and assisting internal candidates through the recruitment process. The individual in this role will act as a liaison between Workforce Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition to help drive communications that will enhance the internal candidate experience. This role involves collaboration with hiring managers and other Talent Acquisition Advisors to understand departmental objectives and staffing needs. The incumbent will provide feedback to internal candidates regarding their application process and direct them to appropriate resources that can help support them in their career development.
